If you're inexperienced with free weights and/or functional training, we generally suggest you start with our Foundation Month.
Foundation Month includes unlimited classes and 2 FREE one-on-one Foundation PT sessions, in which we take you through the main lifts you'll find in class, as well as some other basics, to get you comfortable and make sure we have some of those foundation techniques covered early.
After your Foundation Month is up, you can either purchase your fortnightly or 12 months upfront membership online here, or let us know and we'll sort it out for you.
