FOUNDATION MONTH
If you're inexperienced with free weights and/or functional training, we generally suggest you start with our Foundation Month.
Foundation Month includes one month of unlimited classes and 2 FREE one-on-one Foundation PT sessions, in which we take you through the main lifts you'll find in class, as well as some other basics, to get you comfortable and make sure we have some of those foundation techniques covered early.
Cost: $185.
After your Foundation Month is up, you can opt for the fortnightly or 12 months upfront membership, or 10 session pass if it suits you better!
